Laminated floor Sketchup + Vray

1. Make a base layer which would be underneath laminated floor. This make an effect of gaps between panels.

처음에 마루 아래 깔아 놓을 레이어 하나를 만드세요. 이 레이어는 나무 판넬 사이 갭을 표현해주기 위해서 만들었습니다.

2. Make a one panel of the laminated floor then copy and arrange them in pattern.

나무 바닥 한 부분을 그룹으로 만든다음, 그것을 패턴을 주면서 복사 합니다.

I always make anything as a group. I made the base layer group and one panel is a group it's own, then made a big group with the panels

저는 뭐든지 만들면 그룹으로 만드는데요. 그렇게 하면 편집하기가 편해집니다. 복사해서 만든 판넬들을 다시 한번 큰 그룹으로 묶어 줍니다.

3. Download any large size wood pattern image file. The bigger is the better in terms of detail of the texture.

나무 패턴을 인터넷에서 다운받으시는데 큰거일수록 디테일 표현하기가 수월해집니다.

4. Paint with any single colour on panel group and go to Material Edit. Open the wood texture image file, then the single colour will change to the texture you use.

큰 묶음으로 된 그룹을 단색으로 칠해주고서 텍스쳐 에디트로 들어가시면 다운받은 이미지 파일을 불러올수 있는 옵션이 보이실겁니다. 파일을 불러오면 자동으로 단색이 나무겨로 바뀐것을 보실 겁니다.

5. Texture is on the panels now but the pattern is exactly the same on each panel so it doesn't look real enough. When you double click the big group of panels, you are going into edit mode. Select all panels and right click, choose 'explode'.

하지만 텍스쳐가 같은 모양으로 적용될텐데요. 큰 그룹을 더블클릭해서 에디트 모드로 들어가서 전체 선택을 해줍니다. 그리고서 오른쪽 클릭해서 'explode'를 지긋이 눌러줍니다.

You will see the pattern is changed like the image above.

그러면 패턴이 위에처럼 변할 것입니다.

6. Click the right button after choosing each surface, then you can see the 'Texture' option. Shift the texture to avoid one piece looking pattern.

각각 패널의 표면을 선택하고 오른쪽 클릭하면 'Texture'가 있을겁니다. 그러면 다시 한번 지긋이 눌러주시고 텍스쳐 위치를 약간 바꿔 줍니다.

Now, you just got the randomised patten laminated floor.

자!!! 이제 나무바닥이 좀 더 자연스럽게 변했네요.
